Getting Ready to Report

  • Know your account number - You can find this printed on your bill.
  • Set up your account in the app store - Don’t wait until you have an emergency. Follow the instructions below to set up any associated accounts in the mobile app, so that it’s ready to go when you experience a water or sewer emergency.
  • Update your contact info with us - You can also use your phone number to report a water or sewer emergency, but only if that number is updated in our customer database. Complete this form or call (919) 362-8676 and press option 2 to update your info.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST SET UP YOUR SERVICES IN THE APP AFTER DOWNLOADING. YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER (If you do not know your account number you can call the Utility Billing Department at (919) 362-8676 (press option2).

After you download the app, set up your service(s) by tapping ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, then ADD ACCOUNT and follow the on-screen prompts. After setup, your service(s) will be listed when you tap ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.

If/when your service is interrupted, open the app and tap REPORT OUTAGE. In the MY ACCOUNTS list, tap the service that is out (you can set up multiple services/locations) and follow the on-screen prompts to submit your outage report.
