Apex West Greenway is a multi-use trail that is made up of boardwalk, asphalt, and sidewalk connections. It is planned to provide connectivity between several subdivisions, the Reedy Branch Greenway, Beaver Creek Greenway and American Tobacco Trail.

- Trail Width/Surface: 10-foot wide asphalt, boardwalk, sidewalk
- Used For: Walking, running, bicycling, walking leashed dogs, skating, roller blading, pushing strollers, wheelchairs
- Hours: Dawn to 30 minutes after sunset
- Connects To: Neighborhoods and commercial areas
