This form is not for customers moving in or out of a home or business.

Do not fill out temporary disconnection of electric service form more than 7 days in advance. If you do you will receive an email that your request has been denied and to please resubmit within the proper timeframe.

We require a 24 business hour notice when requesting temporary service disconnection. 

Temporary Disconnection is Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30 am & 2:30 pm excluding Town Holidays.
