This project provides a regional sewer solution to serve over 3,700 acres of undeveloped and partially developed land known as the Big Branch basin. Design of the project includes the construction of a sewer pumping station, along with 4.9 miles of underground sewer pipe.
A new elevated water storage tank will be capable of storing 1.5 million gallons of water, necessary for fire protection, potable drinking water, and maintaining adequate water pressure within the Town of Apex water system.
