Reconnection After Nonpayment
After-hours reconnections needed due to a non-payment cutoff are available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the date of disconnection only for a fee of $75.00. The past due balance and all fees must be paid by 12:00 noon the next business day in order to retain services.
Any request for reconnection after the disconnection date will be handled during normal business hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday once the past due balance and all fees are paid.
