The Peak Plan 2030: The Apex Comprehensive Plan (PDF) was approved by the Apex Town Council on August 6, 2013.
Creating a Vision for the Future of Apex
Peak Plan 2030 is an update to the Apex Comprehensive Plan. It will be coordinated with existing plans including the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Greenways Plan, and the Apex Transportation Plan. The study area encompasses the current town corporate limits, planning jurisdiction, and future planning areas, particularly to the south and west of the Town corporate limits.
