Apex Senior Adults

2017 is here!

I can't believe another year is gone. The older I get, the more I understand why my grandma always tells me "the days are long, but the years are short". Since I can't stop time, I guess I am going to have to try and slow down and enjoy all the little moments that make the days long.

Have you made a New Years Resolution?
If it is to...
Exercise- Try Senior Exercise (free for Apex Residents), Yoga, Tai Chi or Line Dancing
Travel- Apex is currently offering 2 trips with more to come in the late Spring
Learn- Try Spanish, a history lecture, computer class or arts and craft class
Socialize-  Try the Potluck Luncheons, Bingo or Friday Flicks
Apex Senior Adult Programs has something for everyone!

Whatever you decide, I hope each of you go into 2017 with joy in your heart, peace in your mind and a smile on your face.- Allie Prelaske
