SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
COUNCIL AD-HOC COMMITTEE MEETING
APEX, N.C. (October 27, 2022) – Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) §143-318.12 and 160A-71, the Town of Apex Town Council’s Planning Ad-Hoc Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 9:00 AM. This meeting will be held on the 3rd Floor in Training Room A at Apex Town Hall located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex, North Carolina.
The purpose of this special meeting is to review the Single-Family Residential Riparian Buffer Variance procedure and consider a possible Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) amendment. In addition, the Planning Ad-Hoc Committee will receive from staff and discuss information related to the Town’s current development/plan submittal schedule and identify expectations at Council meetings for first and second readings.
