Special Meeting Notice - Town Council - Closed Session

Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS 143-318.12), the Apex Town Council provides notice of a special meeting for Monday, July 11, 2022 at 6:00 PM.  The meeting will be held at Town Hall located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex, North Carolina.  

The purpose of this meeting is to enter into closed session for the purposes of a personnel discussion.  NCGS § 143-318.11 (6) To consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee; or to hear or investigate a complaint, charge, or grievance by or against an individual public officer or employee.
