The Town of Apex is in the process of evaluating Town-owned facilities, parks, programs, and services to identify barriers to accessibility, and ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Visit this page to learn more about the process.

Our next step in this assessment is to hold public input sessions to discuss the ADA Transition Plan process and results with Town residents, stakeholders, and members of the community. As the Town enters the implementation phase, these sessions will be an opportunity for the Town to receive your input as to how project implementation should be prioritized.
