Keep an eye out on your mailbox - about 2,800 randomly-selected Apex residents should have received a survey in December.
Later this month, we'll post a link for all Apex residents to contribute their feedback. These responses will be kept separate from the mailed copies, in order for the survey results to remain statistically valid.
Our Citizen Satisfaction Survey results gives town staff and elected leaders a glimpse into what our residents are happy with, where we can improve, and what’s important to them. The purpose of the survey is to:
Objectively assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of town services
Set a baseline for future surveys (we hope to survey every 2-3 years)
Help determine priorities for our community
Compare our performance with other towns regionally and across the country
