The Town of Apex uses Official Payments, a third party service, to give customers the option of making on-line utility payments. Official Payments will charge a $5.95 convenience fee for each payment transaction. This fee goes directly to Official Payments and has no relationship to any utility billing charges. 

Payments received through Official Payments will be posted to your Town of Apex utility account the next business day.

Official Payments accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
