Filing a Police Report

If you need to file a police report for a crime that has occured, please contact the communications center at (919)362-8661 and an officer will be dispatched to your location or you can speak with an officer over the phone.

Please do not send an email or leave a message on a voice mail to report a crime. All crimes must be documented with an initial report. Email and phone requests will not serve as filing of a report.

Text a Tip

If you have a police tip about a crime you can text your information 100% anonymously to TIP411 (847411) keyword APEXPD.
