What if I am experiencing problems with my power (flickering lights, etc.)?
Check all breakers in your home or business and all outlets to make sure that they are not tripped.
During normal business hours call Public Works at (919) 362-8166 between 7:30am and 4:30pm on weekdays. If the outage occurs after hours, over holidays, or during the weekend call the Apex Police Department at (919) 362-8661 and they will dispatch on-call personnel for repairs.
CALL THE TOWN FIRST and let us investigate the problem and we will advise you if it is a Town problem or if you will need an electrician.
