Flood Zone
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has delineated both the areas of special flood hazard and the risk premium zones applicable to the community. The delineations are needed to determine which areas require flood insurance. The Watershed and FEMA Map showing FEMA designated 100-year and 500-year floodplains is available for viewing in the Apex Planning Department at the Town Hall.
