Purchasing is a division of the Finance department. Our office is located at 105 Upchurch Street in the Public Works Building. We are responsible for the procurement of goods and services for all departments of the Town. Our goal is to obtain the best value for the tax dollars spent.

We are pleased to introduce a new Website for vendors that currently do business with the Town of Apex, The site can be accessed by clicking eSupplier. Registered vendors are able to electronically check the status of payments and purchase orders issued or processed by the Town of Apex for their company, as well as all history and transactions related to their business. Also, 1099 forms can be viewed and printed from this site.
