Staff: Administration includes the Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Town Attorney, Town Clerk and Communications Manager. 

Elections: General Elections of the Town's elected officials are non-partisan and conducted on odd years. Citizens may register to vote and learn how to become a candidate for public office with the Wake County Board of Elections by calling (919) 856-6240.

Meeting Schedule: The Apex Town Council meets in regular scheduled sessions the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the Council Room, Apex Town Hall, 73 Hunter Street. Meetings are open to the public.

Agenda and Minutes: Agendas for the Town Council meetings are prepared for each scheduled meeting by the Town Clerk and generally available by Friday 5 pm preceding the scheduled meeting, and posted to the website. If you wish to be placed on the printed agenda to address the Town Council, you may do so by contacting the Town Clerk by Tuesday noon preceding the scheduled meeting.

Minutes of the meetings are available in the Town Clerk's Office after approval by the Town Council, and can be viewed by appointment. Please contact the Town Clerk at (919) 249-3303. Approved meeting minutes are also available online.

Historical Research: Records pertaining to the Town's history from the 1800's to present are available for research by appointment. Please contact the Town Clerk at (919) 249-3303.
