Wake County and the Towns of Apex, Cary , Morrisville, and Holly Springs have been working for several years to develop a joint plan to manage water resources in Western Wake County . After years of intense study a new Western Wake Regional Water Reclamation Facility was identified as the most environmentally sound and cost effective wastewater solution for the communities.
