Effective August 7, 2007, the Town of Apex will no longer publish legal advertisements in the Apex Herald for public hearings. The Town of Apex will post all public hearing notices on the Town’s website for the following items:

Major site plans
Rezoning requests
Annexations
Unified Development Ordinance Amendments
Transportation Plan Amendments, and
Board of Adjustment Variance or Appeal Cases.
