The Board of Adjustment consists of five(5) citizens appointed by, and serving as a board to the Apex Town Council on planning, zoning, and subdivision issues.

Public comment will be allowed during the public hearing portion of the meeting. The Chairperson will ask for and permit interested parties, both for and against the public hearing proposals to address the Board at the appropriate times. At the discretion of the Chairperson, limited public comment may be permitted during the remainder of the meeting.
