Apex, NC – President Obama will visit an Apex company this Wednesday.  WestStar Precision will host the President and hear about the American Jobs Act.  The event is closed to the public.

“We are certainly gratified the President has chosen Apex to emphasize the need for job creation,” said Apex Mayor Keith Weatherly.  “Our community is an ideal location to highlight an economy that will lead the way for future innovation and private sector initiatives necessary to ensure all Americans have access to good paying jobs.  We look forward to welcoming President Obama on behalf of North Carolina and Apex citizens.”

Obama will continue his Triangle visit with a public event at N.C. State's Reynolds Coliseum.  Contact the North Carolina State University offices for details on obtaining tickets for this event.

Apex motorists should expect delays late morning to mid-afternoon.
