Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser for Explorer Post

Friday, May 4 at 5pm, Fire Station 1 (210 N. Salem Street) Adults $6, children $4, and kids under 5 eat free with parents. Enjoy spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread, and sweet tea or lemonade. Pick up a ticket for a grill to be raffled off at Saturday's PeakFest.  

The Fire Division sponsors an Explorer Post for young adults between the ages of 14 and 18.  These future firefighters participate with the Fire Department in training exercises and play an important support role in emergency situations.  The program is a great opportunity for younger citizens to get an early start on learning how to handle emergencies.
