Are your utility services off due to non-payment?  
Once you've made your payment through eServices please contact our office at (919) 362-8676 M-F 8am - 5pm to schedule reconnection of your utility services. After hours reconnections are available weeknights 5pm - 10pm and on weekends 8am - 10pm for a fee of $35.00 by calling (919) 362-8661.
