Pre-application meetings are required to be scheduled at least 14 days prior to the submittal of a Major Site Plan or a Master Subdivision Plan and encouraged prior to submittal of any development application for review.  Applicants are able to submit an electronic sketch plan, pdf version, to Planner Lauren Simmons to request a pre-application meeting.  Planning staff will coordinate a meeting for the applicant with members of the Technical Review Committee.
