This department assists customers with the connection and disconnection of utility services. Customer Service employees and Meter Technicians work diligently to produce monthly utility bills and provide quality customer service. The Town of Apex offers Electric, Water, Sewer, Garbage and Recycling services. (Service availability may vary depending on location)

to assist you.The Town Hall is located at 73 Hunter Street and the Finance/Utilities
Department is on the first floor. Our office hours are Monday -
Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The Town of Apex accepts payment by MasterCard and Visa.
To report a problem with your utility services, please contact the Public Works department by using their Online Service Request form.
Other functions of this department include: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing and Financial Reporting.
Customers
have the option of paying their utility account automatically by
bank draft on the due date of each bill. To enroll you can come
into the Town
Hall and pick-up the Bank Draft Form or you can download this
form and return it to the Finance Department at the Town
Hall with a voided check.
Emergency restoration work is performed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call us at (919) 362-8661 for emergency service.
