PR II. Phase IA Beaver Creek Greenway:
Status: COMPLETED
Description: Connects Pearson Farms, Dogwood Ridge, and Scott's Mill
PR III. Cultural Arts Center / Restoration & Renovation of Old Town Hall
Status: Scheduled for Opening January 11, 2007
Description: Restoration, Renovation, and expansion of original historic Town Hall built in 1912. Includes 135 seat theatre / performing stage, art exhibition galleries, meeting rooms, and classroom space.

PR IV. Phase I Haddon Hall Greenway
Status: COMPLETED
Description: Renovation of existing trail connecting Haddon Hall Recreation Area to
Blackburn Road.
PR V. Phase I Beckett Crossing Greenway
Status: COMPLETED
Description: Renovation of existing trail and preparation for connection to Beaver Creek Crossing Shopping Area.
PR II. (cont) Phase 1B Beaver Creek Greenway
Status: Construction scheduled to begin January 2008 and end June 2008
Description: Connects Pearson Farms, Dogwood Ridge, and Scott's Mil to Kelly Road Park / Olive Chapel Elementary School
PR IV. (cont) Phase II Haddon Hall Greenway
Status: Construction to begin summer of 2008 and end before 2009
Description: Additional Greenway trails as terrain and easements allow along with sidewalk connections to Salem Street
PR V. (cont) Phase II: Beckett Crossing Greenway
Status: Construction to begin spring 2008 and end before 2009
Description: Renovation of existing trail and preparation for connection to Beaver Creek Crossing Shopping Area.
PR VI. Phase I: Apex Nature Park
Status: Construction to begin spring 2008
Description: Located within a 160 acre tract with future entrance on Apex Barbecue Road. First phase includes infrastructure, amphitheatre, comfort station, trails, disc golf, and storm water / environmental education stations.
PR VII. Park Land Purchase
Status: COMPLETED
Description: Approximately 15 acres adjacent to future Elementary School on Apex Barbecue Road. Current design includes ball fields, soccer fields, comfort station, shelter and playground. No funding currently in place for construction.
PR VI. Phase II: Apex Nature Park
Status: Construction to begin spring 2010
Description: Located on 160 acre tract with future entrance on Apex Barbecue Road. Second phase includes park maintenance facility, expanded trails, mountain biking area, picnic areas and possibly Seymour Athletic Fields with soccer fields, shelters, and playground.

Status: In the Concept Planning and Design Stages
Description: Connects Kelly Road Park to Western Town Limits with anticipation of future connection through Wake County to American Tobacco Trail.
