Apex Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department offers a variety of tennis programs for all ages. Tennis lessons are offered three times a year, (spring, summer and fall) for both youth and adults. Dan Swan teaches each session at the courts located at the Community Park.
Other programs include Adult USTA Leagues and Men and Women’s Ladders, all of which are offered three times a year.

Register June 2nd for Apex Residents and June 16th for Non-Residents at the Apex Community Center, 53 Hunter Street during normal business hours. Registration is limited to the first 40 participants ages 8-18 years.
Registration includes free racquet and T-shirt.

NEW – There are four different specialty clinics that are being offered. One for your serve, one for net play, another for specialty shots and finally, one for winning strategies. Sign up for as many you would like! Each clinic is an hour and half long. All clinics will be held on Saturdays at Kelly Road Park. Dan Swan and Steve Walker will lead all tennis clinics. Clinics are limited to 8 participants per session.
Registration begins Tuesday, September 2, 2008 for Apex residents and Tuesday, September 16, 2008 for non Apex residents. Registration will be held at the Apex Community Center at 53 Hunter Street during normal business hours.
