The Construction Management Department provides engineering services and building standards enforcement.

Department operations include site construction plan review, building construction plan review, building and infrastructure inspections, engineering design, and project management. The Department also coordinates the Town's Capital Improvement Program.

Our focus is to insure that the expansion and renewal of infrastructure as well as the residential and commercial building stock is designed and constructed in a quality manner that satisfies the housing and services needs of the community.
