SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

APEX, N.C. (March 23, 2023) – Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) §143-318.12 and 160A-71, the Apex Town Council’s Ad-Hoc Finance Committee provides notice of a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 9:30 AM.  This meeting will be held on the 3rd Floor in Training Rooms A and B at Apex Town Hall located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex, North Carolina.  

The purpose of this meeting is to receive a presentation on Electric Utility Rates – Solar and EV, and discuss potential options and/or impacts. 

Anyone needing special accommodations to attend this meeting and/or if this information is needed in an alternative format, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office.   The Town Clerk is located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex Town Hall on the 2^nd Floor, (email) allen.coleman@apexnc.org or (phone) 919-249-1260.  We request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the meeting to make the appropriate arrangements.
