The Town of Apex is committed to operating an open, accessible and transparent town government. Many places refer to this as the Sunshine Rule. All of our public documents are readily available from town departments. However, the town will strive to make great amounts of information about town government more accessible through its website so as to increase the transparency of its commitment to open government.
