Apex 55+ Health & Wellness Fair
Discover all of the health and wellness resources Apex and surrounding communities have to offer! Many different agencies and companies will be in attendance to provide you with information on nutrition, staying active, medical providers, home health care and much more. Caregivers are encouraged to attend. Raffle prizes and giveaways included. Pre-registration for some screenings and immunizations will be required. More information about screenings and immunizations will be released in the weekly Senior Recreation Station Newsletter in August. Make sure you are signed up for emails here.
